You had a bad Day

What do you think of when you have had a tough day? Does your entire world come crashing down or do you just go fuck this take it easy and ride it out. Do you ever cry why me or why is this happening to me? Everyone has bad days, and you will continue to have them until the end of time. That is the sad, but true part. Now to get to the happy part, we can be better prepared and ready for when these things happen. We know they are bound to happen, so that is the only leverage we have. I have learned, for me,the best way to get over a difficult day is to move on. Moving on works, because we cannot go in the past. What we have said or the action that we took is over with. Now we must learn to move forward. You can study and look at why it happened. What factors contributed to it happening, and how we can prevent it from happening in the future. Since bad days are always possible, we need to be able to minimize their effect and impact on us. Here is the wild thing, bad days can also turn out to be a remarkable thing and something that helps you to move over. I had a girl I liked, and I asked her out and she rejected me. It turns out she was seeing another guy, which hurt. It turns out though, it was the factor that drove me to become even stronger. I would advise to try to realize nothing can bother you, if you do not let it. It happened to me because it was meant to make me a stronger/better person overall. That is exactly what it did and now even though I had to go through pain, when it faded, I was a better person. I was looking even more forward to my future. You are not someone that can predict the future, so we need to stop trying to control every little thing. When we learn to let go and just embrace being in the present moment, enjoying our time, and doing whatever it is we are doing. We can then start to attract and bring in the things that we really want. Resistance is futile. I used to resist and fight things that were going on in my life, not understand why all this bullshit is happening to me. What I did not understand that it was all for my benefit and things were working out in my favor. Once I changed the resistance in me to embracing what was happening to me good or bad, life became a better, more freeing place. It felt like a weight was off my shoulders and I could relax. Everyone always has the power to embrace the present, deal with what life is dishing out to you, realize that even though you may be losing something, something better can be on its way to you. It took me an exceptionally long time to understand and practice going with the flow, but it has been worth it.
