Which Way is the Wind Blowing?

Its times like these I must remind myself if I am having disagreements or confrontations with others the best thing, I can try to do is remove myself from the situation. In the past I would let my rage and anger continue to dominate everything. Now I am removing myself from these situations to avoid falling into unnecessary drama. You can do what you want to do and please do but I am glad I am using this strategy. It can be tough when we run into obstacles whether they be people or the things that surround us. We may want to hide or avoid it. We may numb the pain and again try to avoid dealing with it. The best thing I have found is different depending on the obstacle. There are unlimited situations you can run into so there must be unlimited obstacles then you could encounter along the way. It can be difficult if you seem to run into obstacles everywhere you go. Could it be you are the poison that are drawing these things in? No, I do not think so unless you are going out of your way a lot to create these issues. It could just be bad luck or the wrong places but there are always ways to deal with this. I would go around thinking that it is better to be alone before having something bad happen. Each obstacle makes you more prepared and ready for the next one. Some you do not see coming but you will always remember. I find that dealing with things and being honest are good things to do and a good start. The panic button can set in when these things happen, and you look like a deer caught in headlights. Just take a breath because everything is ok. Ignoring things has usually led to disappointment for me. It has never been worth it, avoiding things and it can turn into bigger things. The easy answer sometimes is not the best answer. It would be easy for all of us to ignore our problems, but that will never make them go away. Understanding the power you have compared to your problems will make them go away. Remember there should be someone in your situation before and we have technology to be able to see what they experienced and how they handled the issue. That is again a starting point. Motivating yourself does not need to be tough when you start to feel you have a good understanding of yourself and the things around you. Do not take yourself seriously but look at the situation. I have found that my ego gets me in the way without me even realizing it but now I realize what is going on and immediately will pull back. When you have had to go through obstacles it can be good when you experience the straightforward way. Try to always be the bigger person even when it feels impossible to do so. You can give it back and see where that takes you but being ok with what will happen will work to ease your anxiety.
