Oh no my world is going the exact way I want it to go. That is scary to some because they think about what is lurking next. I am ready for the next challenge to come up and excited for it to happen. Music soothes my soul, comedy soothes my heart, solving problems soothes my brain. What soothes you? I like looking at lighter things these days and not so much of the tough things. I want an enjoyable conversation, good music, a beautiful walk. Things like that can feel taken for granted but mean the world to me. After doing each of these things I can end up having a new thought process, new skill, new plan to overcome an obstacle. It relaxes me and brings me the peace I seek. If it is bringing me what I want, then that is a sign to continue pursuing it until something else grabs my attention. Right now, with the holidays, it is still not the right time for me to go big, so I will stay home. You can love plenty of things if you really think about it. Something that you want around you or know that it is there all the time. Something to comfort you when you feel scared or make you feel loved when you feel rejected. There are things to be grateful for, but do we think about them? Do we realize they are even there? Do we know that when we feel done with the moment, we begin to miss them and want them back? Life can feel like it has a chokehold on you or you can feel like it is full of possibilities for you to figure out. How do you see the world, and would you want to change what you see? Even if you fall in love watching TV, you could think about becoming an actor, doing behind the scenes work, more knowledge about what goes into creating a TV show. All sorts of things you could do to be able to get into a career like that. It works that way with anything. People might go, but you must network and know this guy and this guy. That is an excuse to not try something or scared of failing at something. There is no shame in failing, because at least you went after something you wanted. Look at all the billions of people in the world and think about this: how many of them never tried something because they feared failing at something they wanted to do? The reward is always in the action of doing something. When you think about things, it is the actions that make a difference. Writing this and sharing this with others makes a difference. You can think you are a sucker for sharing something or want to invite people in, but you will not win. There will always be another idea, another creative process, another way of thinking about a problem that has not yet ended up discovered. If you want to roll your eyes, please go ahead.
