When you are Your Worst Enemy

When we are meeting new people and hanging out with them it is good to look for their actions when we are around them. For example, you are at a restaurant, and someone insults the server that could to me would be a negative action. If someone were asking you questions and wanting to know more about you that could be a positive action. An exciting new wave is coming, and I can feel it. It is time to be prepared and ready for more good times. Having expectations can have us feeling regret later but getting excited for the present setting up the future is a blast! Having a plan to be able to grow and starting to see the progress can feel amazing! I can see that the hard work is paying off and that what I want to do is becoming more possible every second. Feeling a weight lifted and feeling reassured that I am enough has made this a positive day. Some days life feels like a long Lord of the Rings Movie but today has left a good impression. How do I keep this feeling continuing until I die? I understand that is impossible, but I do have control over my emotions no matter what may come up. It has not always been that way but now it is. I do have the ability to make myself and the people around me feel better. We all have that light that can turn on and stay bright so everyone can see. Bringing it out though is a whole different thing. I used to feel scared, and I still do but what people think of you does not matter. There is nothing that will stop you from your dreams, except yourself. I had times of feeling unworthy or not good enough and could be extremely hard on myself. This did absolutely nothing to fix the situation and made it worse. Now I know that everyone is worthy, even if we may not like that. That is what nobody is better than another. Feeling bad about yourself does nothing to get rid of that feeling or help your life. What we think is important and our mind will notice this. To understand yourself you must know where you have been and where you are going. You need to be able to mentally handle the worst times that happened and forgive yourself for whatever happened. Being supportive and standing up for yourself must come first. If you notice people becoming focused on you, it is usually a good thing. That means you are doing something right and should continue doing it. I have had people who knew me for a brief period telling me that I was living my life the wrong way and believing in the wrong things. That is one thing I will try not to do in this life and that is have the cult mentality. I have never done things that way, but things have always still worked out. It is ok to follow the crowd, and it is ok to do things your own way. The important part is understanding yourself and knowing which person you are.
