What do we want our lives to be about? Where are we going when it is hard to see if we are making progress? Asking questions and solving these are what I enjoy about life. Some people do not like when you ask questions or try to figure out the answer to something. I have had to find this out the hard way with this one. It can be difficult when someone does not like you asking questions and only wants things done a certain way. It sounds a lot to me like society. When you do something that is a bit different you will feel a push back that something is not right. Remember if you are living true to yourself and not interfering with anyone you are not in the wrong. You may have to stand up for yourself to get basic things but that is ok. That is growing you into someone who will not fear this and someone who is strong to conflict. What is a fun time to you? Do something fun and enjoy yourself for who you are. Remember the good things you were able to do today or the lessons you learned today. Today is about growing into the person you want to be. It is about not feeling ashamed but feeling loved in doing what makes you happy. It is time to feel good about yourself and what you like about yourself and to wash away the bad. Acknowledge the terrible things that take place and why you feel they are dreadful things but then its time for something fun. Sunday is the lazy day or getting your chores done. Hopefully, you were able to enjoy a minute of the day with something you wanted to do. Why is it my life is not going the way I want it to? You can acknowledge the problem you are facing it and why you feel that way but then it becomes time to solve the issue. What do we do? You try to look at why you are unhappy and what would make you happy. Figure out the why we are unhappy and then the rest becomes easy. What is not going right? Then it is time to think of things that make you happy. For me: being in the water, eating tasty food, sitting underneath palm trees, reading a book, traveling. See these are just some of the things I can think of right now that make me happy. I would then decide how can I include the things that make me happy into my life replacing the things I do not want. For myself, I could go swimming next weekend or book a vacation for the future and stop myself when I am criticizing or judging myself. Replacing the sad things with the good and making myself healthier. These are lessons I have picked up along the way and wanted to share. We can have terrible things going on or say we are living a bad life but its our life. What will make it better right now?
