It was an unpleasant situation but one I do not take for granted in showing me the right way. People can lose their cool or lose perspective and then their anger boils over at you and direct the pain they are having towards you. You are just having a good day, and this comes out of nowhere. That just means that someone is dealing with something that is happening to them. Remember you can show others how to step up and do the right thing. It can be tough in a group, but someone needs to be the voice of reason and that can always be you. People tend to underestimate the actual power they have in their own lives (including myself). They can always do more, and some are doing their best already. What can we do to be prepared for when someone gets angry at us? We can understand it is like the animal jungle where it is better to not make a sound. If the lion detects you, the lion will pounce on you, and it is game over. You can avoid when others are having a day by limiting your contact and making sure it does not affect you if you do come into other people in a bad mood. The worst thing you can do with someone angry is push them further because you may not know where that leads to. When you push others, they will feel trapped and scared and of course attack back at you. Understanding and diffusing the anger can be healing for everyone. Fear can be anger, and it is good to find out why you are angry. This will lead to you figuring out your triggers and what sets them off. This will then lead you to making a change when your triggers start activating. If you can make the change, you can be able to reduce your anger and how it affects your life. A sad thing you can do is just stay angry at the world. You can turn that anger into something meaningful for yourself and become better. You can take how you are feeling when you are upset and try to create what would make you happy. We have the power to leave and start a new life right now. You can start a new life or try to enjoy and have a better life. Understanding the anger that you carry will help you understand more about who you are. Ignoring the anger can be a big problem because then you never know when the trigger comes up. Understanding yourself will make you feel more appreciation for yourself.
