It is the weekend, which mean it is time for another fun time. If there is sun, make sure to go out and get exercise and be good to yourselves. Try to think about what you want to get out of life. Try to think about how far you have come to these realizations and enjoy your free moments for yourself. Whatever label you think others think of you please go ahead and through it out the window. What do you think of yourself? What do you like about yourself? When did you face a tough time and how did you handle it vs how you would handle it now? What will be the best part of your day today? My brain right now is wanting to go at another speed, and I am enjoying this. It is ready to face challenges and ready to be successful. You know that moment sometimes when you feel something can start to happen is what it feels like right now. The train has left the station, and you know once it has left there is no bringing it back. This is a weekend of thought and time to process what is happening now and what do you want to happen next? I can see the end zone and I am ready to score the winning td for the Super Bowl Fans. What did you have to give up getting to where you are? Most people have lost something while trying to find themselves. Some call it making space for something new and that can be true. We only have so much room in our lives for the things we love and the things we want. Sometimes some issue or problem we are having is removed from our lives. This is why you will hear, and it is a good strategy to push out and get rid of the toxic things and then only let positive things into your space (life). The goal and I do not think or know if this would be possible is to allow and be at 100% positivity. I think at some point there is some habit or something that will drag someone down but try to only allow positive things in and see what happens in your life. The negative stuff can have a strong hold on us, especially if all we know is toxic things. We do not even realize that some decisions that we are making are based on the toxic things in our lives and not the positive good decision we should be making. Why does this happen? Because we do not think or know that you are making a toxic decision. You always think you are making the right decision for yourself. This is what can make things hard for us and why if you can start to look at positive things you can then base what you need to keep and remove the toxicity from your life. Life is a process, and I wish I could just have all the information the first second, I am born but we continue to grow and add our knowledge.
