Trying to Establish a Foundation

Things are getting better and not worse. I can notice the toxic patterns that are happening in my life and trying to avoid the things I do not want. It feels clean and good and like a new change. We need to know that we oversee our lives even when we feel helpless. We are the creators for our lives. I would like to see certain changes in my life, and I am working towards making them. The bottom line is if you want the best for yourself and are looking out for yourself you are doing fine. Hopefully, you are avoiding bad situations or if you see a tough situation coming moving away from it. Leaving is the best thing to do a lot of times when something uncomfortable for you is about to go down around you. I have had to tell myself a million times you are not what someone else thinks of you. You are your own person and the only one around yourself all the time. I can have a challenging time feeling judged around me, but it is ok because that judgement is meaningless to me. Rising above and doing the right things for me needs to be the only way out. Fear has been another big issue lately for me. Fear comes and goes at random times but tries to get control over you. Fighting the fear never goes away but you are can also be undefeated vs it. The best things come when you least expect it. It is a nice rainy night outside and it feels like one of those nights where you put on a movie and turn out the lights. You can hear the storm in the background, and it is comforting, not scary for you. You feel safe and warm inside. Those are the good times I think to build memories. Why is it sometimes when you are doing the best for yourself others may feel threatened? It is not about you and is always about them and you must repeat that. When you are crushing it at life there should be only positive things for you and not negative. If you are getting negativity thrown at you when you feel you are winning you must move away from that. It is doing you no good being in a place that is tethering you to the ground. My favorite times involve a nice walk on the beach with the sun out making you sweat until you must cave in and go in the water to refresh yourself. What are the times you wish to have right now? Two good things we can have been perseverance and patience. We need to be able to manage ourselves and push through the fear. We also must be patient in getting what we want for ourselves. Both will bring us the reward we are seeking, and both will make me feel good right now. I do not feel free right now, but I am working on it to become the person I want to be. Making changes can help you understand even more about yourself.
