The Life we Want

When I fear something what do I normally do? I avoid the things that make me uncomfortable the most. But what if I could face my fears and I would not die after facing them? That cannot happen, can it? The most challenging things for each of us to accomplish can make us the strongest. This can boost our confidence up the most. Each of us has our own insecurities/worries, things we would like to change about ourselves. When we can be strong enough to face these things, they can make a significant difference in our lives. What scares you the most? What bothers you underneath it all and what gives you a bad vibe? I would advise looking into what is bothering you and trying to see why it is even bothering you in the first place. While, I hate it when I saw someone that was strong at something, I perceived myself to be the strongest at. I would get a bad feeling in my stomach and wonder why I cannot do XYZ as well as Bob. Now, when I think of the time, I wasted worrying about what was going to happen to me compared to Bob. We are all at the best at being ourselves. I never have to worry about competing with another person for anything. I can do anything in my way when I focus myserlf on it. I’ve always been able to figure out how to solve a problem in a way that no one else might be thinking about. I can contribute my own own point of view, which is important, original, and unique.If I feel I will never be as smart as Brian or as cool as Jeff, think about what I myself bring to the table. What things bring out the best in you to the world? Bring those things out around anyone and it will be impressive no matter what it is. For anyone that hates you for bringing out your best, they are scared because they may feel it makes them inferior. You are not making someone else inferior by bringing your best. You can try to give these haters the courage to also bring out their best. The world is a better place when everyone is working at their best. Do something that you wish you could be better at, do it. What is something you think you are lagging in, go practice that until you are satisfied with your skill level. The key thing I have found is how are you measuring up to yourself and what you want for your life and yourself? What could be better? How could it be better? Is there anything I can do right now to try to get myself closer to where I want to be? As people, we continuously grow, change, and need new challenges.
