I can see clearly now the stress is gone. Make the stress melt away and bring back the freedom and peace. I love to be able to be in my own world and start to think higher of my self. When I have had issues with self-esteem in the past and feeling worthy, but now that does not seem to be as important. I like that feeling of not caring what others around you think. Finally, I am leaning into my own zone. I have always loved the water and hope to be able to be on it one day. What do you want your dreams to be? I am finding some of the things I used to like sports not seem as big of a deal. I like them and will watch, but its not my focus. The focus now is figuring out the next level of my life and how I can get there. What do you want for yourself? Peace, Freedom, money, status, etc. As an adult, I think about the dreams I had as a kid for myself and what I would be when I became an adult. I wanted to be a sports commentator, but I think helping people would be more important. I have always had a tough time having a good relationship with others, but never a tough time studying and knowing about people. However,I took Sociology, Psychology, all that fun stuff and seemed to do very well with it. I have gone through tough times in the past and had my share of issues. What I would say is fitting in seems so important when you are young and as humans we do crave social connection. It drives us wild, but it does not mean that everyone has that. It also does not mean there is anything wrong with you. People may stare at you funny, or you could be awkward to relate to anyone, but that is ok. Everyone starts off perfect and through the choices we make in our life we start to shift. Some people drift away, and it can be sad, but some people get lifted and have the times of their lives. I always encourage those that are having issues or people that are stuck to take a deep breath and get centered. Once you are in a good state of mind then start to go through the issue. Try figuring out different solutions until you reach the one that will satisfy you. I always want the best for everyone and call myself a hippie from time to time. That term has a noted stigma in society, but to me it means at the end of the day one word: peaceful. I get up each day, strive to be better than I was the previous day. When you do that, you realize as time goes by you are moving forward. Always push your limit a little bit each day like you are working out. I want to make sure people know that anyone out there can make a difference by being a bit more open and not immediately slamming the door in someone’s face when they bring up something you may not understand. You would not want that rude behavior done to you, so no need to dish it out.
