Slow Down and Enjoy the Magic

Do you think dreams are important? I am one to believe they are important and can help tell us our state of mind. When we wake up and remember a dream it can be scary, happy, make us anxious, stressed out, etc. Dreams can help pinpoint what is bothering you. I had been having nightmares lately, and I believe I must have been upset or worried about something. I enjoy that we get too have them and they can benefit us. What would be scary to you? The answer will change from person to person because we are all different. I have had people that fear insects and then I am one that is able to take care of them. When we can fit in, and it feels like a puzzle piece coming together that can be a positive experience. Some people wish their life were a dream and others wish they never had to go to sleep. Just to keep the feeling of being alive by staying awake. I read somewhere that as a man, if I smile too much it can be a sign of weakness. That blew my mind because I personally would think smiling would be polite in conversation. Someone else may not care and say it is not big deal, but when people respect us, we feel more connected. Mingling in with others to me can be tough. I am a private person and would prefer to have it stay that way. I just wanted to write these posts so that someone who did not feel heard or who was going something could read this and understand there will always be someone different in life. That can make people loners, but they may not actually be alone. One crazy thing about life is you can have someone in a relationship or family that feels bad, but you can also have a different person who is alone having the best time of their lives. Statistics will always say what they do, but there are always exceptions. One thing that makes me respect life is that there can be many different people from diverse backgrounds but feeling the same way. Being resilient means being patient. It means having to swallow your ego sometimes, but also knowing the right times when you need yourself the most. Learning about yourself has so many benefits and you will ALWAYS LEARN something new about yourself when you look at yourself. There is nothing too be ashamed about because your life is a work in progress. When a bridge is half-made, we do not criticize it or laugh it, so there is no need for you to think that about your life. You can welcome the darkness and then bring in the light. It is ok to feel sad things about yourself, but it is also good when we accept the bad thoughts and replace them with good thoughts. What makes me happy? Helping others out would make me happy, because it sucks when we feel bad, and we should not have too.
