Not a Typical Monday Feeling

I like to think things are going well and everything is great. When we start to enjoy our life and not feel like it is a battle every day. This is the feeling when I think we have won. I am starting to get that feeling that life feels good and not bad. The things that used to bother me I am able now to try to shrug them off and move on with my day. Accept all the good in and set all the bad loose. I noticed things that as I got older, I can no longer watch many horror movies. The ability to scare has increased over time for me. I will still watch them but just not as much. Remember too much of one thing is not good for you. I do not like that and will not stand for it, but it just happens to be that way. Just letting go feels like it will solve half of my problems and just fighting back sounds like it would solve the other half of my problems. Why do things work out this way and do we just give up? I would love to give up and that is the easy thing to do. You just must understand which battles are worth fighting for and which ones you can let slide a little bit. Because we all work differently the things we let slide and the things we will fight for will be different. Do you feel enough thrills in your life? I like to think people get bored or stuck in a routine and then they want to continue to do different things to change it up. However, I get too stuck in my routine and that makes changing it difficult. I will fight tooth and nail to keep things my way but that is because I have spent so much time on my own. You must consider others point of views when you are taking care of a family. It is about what is best for everyone and not what is best for yourself. When it feels like you are under stress you must counter that with feeling relaxed. This is the best way so your body does not become overwhelmed. When I used to study for exams I would study for an hour. Then pick a half hour to do something fun with to counter the horrible feeling of studying. I at least had control over something, and I was not too tired from studying. All of us get that feeling of not being enough or seeing something in someone else that we wished we had. We do not need to curse and wonder why we did not get the valuable thing. We should be trying to look at and understand that each of us has valuable things already. You may not even know they are there, and you spend all the time with yourself. It is enormously important to look at yourself and understand where your magic is and where you wish you were stronger.
