Nightmare on Life Street

How do you feel when you are currently around other people? Do you feel impressive and relaxed? Is it a wonderful experience that you wish never ended? Or is it a nightmare you wish you could wake up immediately from? What can be so scary about trusting another person? It can be a terrible thing sometimes to tell your secrets to others and feel exposed. Communication can also create the greatest relationships in life. They can add to a person’s life, or they can make life worth living. I have been through great experiences of laugher, heartache, good times, and wishing things would never change. Things will always change in life, so we must be able to adapt, if we want to stay successful. How do we adapt to a life that is constantly changing? People say never set expectations and that is a smart way to go. Not having expectations will make it easier when things go wrong or crazy to go with the flow. I like this way of thinking, but I do not follow it all the time. Llife is like a painting anything can happen, and you can make anything you want out of it. Yes, I can win the lottery tonight be set for the rest of my life or I can die crossing the street. While you have this time the important thing and something the media will never allow you to see is DO WHATEVER YOU WANT WITH YOUR TIME. Yes, we have bills, families, responsibilities, complete adulting, but that does not mean you have to turn into a robot until you shut down. Do something you want that will make you smile whether that is helping animals or racing stock cars. Go on the trip to Antarctica before it melts and turns into The Day After Tomorrow. If you cannot afford the things that you love and want to do, then try to dial it back a bit. Instead of going to Italy, I can read about the history of Italy or learn Italian. That way you may not be doing what you absolutely set it out to, but with no expectations you can still have an exciting time smiling. What is something you really wish you could be doing right now? What is something that you could be doing right now that is reasonable to make you happier? Where is your happy place, comfort zone, safe space where you want to be? One of mine is eating a pepperoni pizza at home with a movie or tv show and realizing your biggest job is focusing on the movie for a night. Please relive the stress you are feeling (in a safe way) and try to remember that life can be what you make out of it. It can be a comfort zone, but it can also be a nightmare. You cannot choose where you are at, but you can choose where you want to go.
