Its time for a day of healing today. The past does not ever and will never determine your future. I have had issues battling this, but I need to understand that good things will happen. That faith is important to me, and I feel will help be effective. Just because something did not go my way does not mean the next thing will not. Its important to have a good perspective on things. As we go into a new year, everything starts fresh, and we feel we can change and improve ourselves. How long do we go before we are back in our regular habits? Can we change and improve for the better to start 2025? There is plenty that is possible in life and I see no reason we cannot improve. It all comes down to how bad and how willing are we to change on whether we can do it. When I have wanted something badly enough and done my best to go after it, I have always looked at the result from the effort. I am usually proud of my results because I am a hard-working person. Effort has been one thing that has usually not been a big issue for me. Technically, the pain we have felt we can leave in this year as we go to the next year. We can bring the happiness with us and leave the pain in the past. What is important to me is that I continue to do things that make me happy, while also getting rid of the things that are not good for me from my life. It is never meant to hurt another person when we realize they are no longer good for us. There are billions of people on this planet and there will be plenty that do not agree with the way you think. Sometimes it is for the best for both people that we go our separate ways. People think that we stay the same or hope that we do but we are constantly changing. It is just part of our DNA, and this is a good and a dreadful thing. This helps with being able to adapt to change. It is good to move the way you think is best for yourself. What is something difficult for yourself that you would like to overcome in the next year? One thing I would like to do is continue to stay quiet when I am in that fight or flight mode so that I do not say anything I regret. Analyze the situation before reacting to the situation. Making sure the things that trigger you do not actually control you. If you are going through something difficult now know that you are not alone. We all share similar problems so at the end of the day when we feel different, we need to examine this. We are different only to a certain extent because we do all go through similar things in life. I know I can have a good 2025 but first I need to solve the issues I am currently facing.
