What is going on right now? My world feels shaken today and it stirred with a twist. You realize when things are not going your way how badly you wish for them to change. You need to embrace the chaos to get to the other side. The fear can stop you from accomplishing your goals. Its always tough when you are going through the why me why me phase? I want to believe that it was for the higher good, even if you do not understand what is going on in the present moment. Everything can be ok, but it just will not go in the way that you think it will. I must give up control in my environment, which I feel is hard to do. Be ready to change and adjust to anything that can happen. I am ready for the change and can feel it happening. All of us fear certain things for certain reasons and that helps shape our lives. One of my fears is snakes. I watched Indian Jones and the Last Crusade young, and the memory seems to have stuck with me. I remember having a crazy dream where I can just remember not seeing, but hearing the hissing of snakes and it felt scary. Now the feeling still sticks with me and when I think about it, I can feel the fear I felt as a child. One thing that will never leave you no matter how old you get is fear of something. What do you feel is your biggest strength? The ability to be resilient when things get tough. That is when it is necessary to be there for yourself the most. You must make sure you stay healthy because anybody can face any challenge handed their way. There is always a solution to any obstacle, but the issue is will we find the solution. How can we be there for ourselves when we are scared to face our day? We must make sure to get enough sleep because our body needs rest. We need to be able to make sure we eat, so that our body can stay well-energized. I think we should be kind to ourselves in the most challenging situations because we all work off positivity. Negativity, being hard on us, has proven to not work repeatedly. You must build yourself up, and never tear yourself down. If someone else tears you down, remember only you will be there with yourself through life, so you need to take care of your mental and physical self. Boost your mood, then boost your results! Remember that I control my mood when anything happens. I control how I am going to be able to get through my day. My life can work on my terms. We do not control what happens to us, but we control how we can react to things that happen in our life.
