Our energy is a valuable resource that we want to make sure we keep control of. We do not need to be using up all the extra energy trying to do everything. We need to know what times to use it and when to put it down. Then we can stay energized, consistent, relaxed enough to do what we can. Please do not try to do too much and do not feel mad at yourself if you are not able to do it all. We learn our limits and take baby steps to be able to conquer even more. That way we can show and see our individual growth. You do not want to feel burned out and have more to do right away. That can end up crushing your spirit and you may take it out on yourself. Accept what you are facing and seeing. When we deny it or ignore it then we are not helping ourselves moves through it. I have had days where it felt like I could move mountain after mountain and then days were changing the channel on the remote made me take a nap. It all comes and flows together. We can all learn things from each other and then put them all together like a nice sandwich into our own way. Failure can make you learn and winning can make you see your success directly. It can force you to stare into it if you were not aware of it. We all should feel supercharged like little batteries because of our power and durability. We can still achieve so much even if we cannot do everything known to man. The worst parts are always if you internalize the negative things that come from this. The best parts are when you look at the success and feel grateful for it all coming together. The gratefulness has you appreciating it even more. This might drive you to continue to have it. Once you have a dream or desire and you want something things can change fast. Just follow the thoughts that are coming to you and knock them off one by one. They are not wrong because they are coming from you. If you ask yourself if you should be doing something, you will always get the right answer. Should I be reading this book? Sure, why not reading can help me in many ways. Should I be drunk driving at nine pm and grab a Slurpee? Those are extremes, but if you ask yourself, you can find a level of yes and no that could help you when setting limits. Do what you want, but you would be surprised what asking yourself will lead to. You already know the answers, but you just must ask yourself the questions you want. Do not internalize the answers and if it something you do not want to hear then keep trying at it. Just because I do not know it today does not mean that tomorrow I cannot figure everything out.
