The heat is coming down, but I am hoping for the smile on my face stays. It is nice when you sit back and take a minute to embrace everything. Trying to let everything flow free instead of wasting time trying to control things the way I want. Sometimes I think that when you try too much to control things, it is like fighting with a tornado. You will never be able to overpower the tornado, so the best you can do is stay even with it. The things you desire are possible for you to get them. That mindset is the first thing that needs looking at more closely. Whenever you think of that you are putting limits on yourself and what you can do. Remember the brain is a powerful thing, so if you tell it these limiting behaviors your mind eventually will think that it is true. It scares me just thinking about that. That is again why you hear about positivity leading you to happiness. Negativity will put a limit on what you can do. It is hard enough fighting life and then you would add on fighting with your brain. Positive thoughts and no limits will help you feel free. The positive thoughts will build your confidence and provide your brain nourishment that it needs. By not saying you cannot do something, you will be eliminating your brain from noticing your fear. If you want to put limits on yourself and be more negative, you can. I always like to evaluate things, and I tested this once being negative. Things did not go my way in that case, and I ended up feeling dumb about poking the bear. Sometimes people must poke the bear first and see how it reacts before they can believe that it is true. I will do my best to try to get rid of those limiting beliefs. It is better to just stay quiet, then to go down the self-hatred path. No matter how much you think you are helping yourself, you are hurting yourself to me. We want the feeling of innocence and not the feeling of destruction. We want to be able to let your guard down and enjoy life again. It is horrible when you feel trapped with nowhere to turn. Now you can always reach out using various tools or start a blog and see what happens. I want the instant knowledge and instant knowing of everything that is going on. That just is not possible and sometimes we have to wait for our answers. Sometimes the answer will come directly to you when you were not even looking for it. If you are feeling guilty, you can remove the remove the guilt and understand you are doing your best. You can also accept that you feel guilty and move on. Trying to be healthier mentally each day would be a blessing. When you think you are over something and can handle it, something new may come your way. You have built a foundation that you can rely on now and start to weather the storms.
