Having fun and enjoying your time is what it is all about. If you are doing that you are winning with life to me. What kind of skills do you want to improve on? Is your head mentally there right now? It feels good to understand you will feel ok and be able to continue. I had a misunderstanding with someone today and I did push back. It felt good to stick up for myself but felt bad after. Now I am thinking how I acted was reasonable and hopefully do not run into a situation like that again. You can set boundaries with people, and they may always try to cross them. It is your responsibility to let people know what you will and will not tolerate. Each of us are different, so it becomes up to the individual to set this. You also must be careful about people fighting back when you set your boundaries. You never know what someone is going through or what they must win or lose. It is always best to avoid getting into these confrontations because we do not know how it will go. It feels good to at least be the weekend and can relax with good thoughts. If people do not understand you or you feel misunderstood, try not to feel bad. That is a universal problem and that is a reason you are your own best friend first. You treat yourself exactly as you would treat a loved one. You support yourself just like you would support your loved ones. When we degrade ourselves, life will not be able to work. Poking fun at yourself and degrading yourself are two different things. Continue to focus on what you want to do and if you want to do something different do it. What makes you feel at peace with yourself? Knowing you did your best, knowing you made a difference to at least yourself, knowing that you gave the world everything you have. When people make fun of you how do you react? Do you smile and laugh it off? Would you confront the person and get in a fight? These things are easy for some people to deal with and tougher for others. What you need to know is if you get into fights, it may not necessarily be entirely your fault. Confrontations can be rough to go through but can also improve your communication skills over time. Dealing with tough situations is never fun and it is always best to avoid them. Your heart will thank you when you are not making it worry. When you build and have that self-confidence within your life could get better for you. It is about being healthy inside your body and outside as well. The thing is we can end up focusing on so many things that are not important that at the end of the day all our time has run out. Just continue to know if you are doing your best for yourself that your time can come.
