If you ever feel like you let yourself down in a key moment backup and try to reframe the situation. Try to think about your impact but think about the things you did well. Then you can go into what could be better for next time. When we do not get the results we want, we can lash out. Innocent people could get hurt and there is not need to. It is healthy to be angry. It is not healthy if you do not know when to use it and when to cool it. I have found that people may like poking the bear, but that is only because they want the bear to give them a show. When there is no reaction other people will get bored. They want to see the fire in your eyes, because it means you could do something reckless. When people want you to succeed, they will warn you before you are going to do something dangerous. If you get no warning, then the person probably either does not care much or they want to see you fail. Either way it does not sounds like someone I would want to be around very much. People will show you their true colors, but it is only up to you to see it. When you give someone so many chances and are shocked when they cross a boundary that could be on you because you gave them so many chances. Whereas if they did something minor you could overreact and say goodbye for good and that could be too extreme. The balance for yourself is the perfect measuring stick and you should follow it. We have that great bodies that we can mold into shape if we want. We have the mental capacity of a computer, and we can be stronger than anything thrown at us. If people crave and value power, go look in the mirror and see the power. I promise you it is staring back at you in the mirror. You may think you are weak, but if you are tested enough or must go through a severe issue you could come out the other side in a much better place. For me, I try to take all the anger, disrespect, terrible things that are going on. I can then use that to try to help others such as this blog. This helps me because I get all that noise out of my system, and I feel I would rather share it with everyone. Tough times are when you can forget how strong you are. You can lose that confidence you have within yourself and fill it with doubt. Doubt is nasty because it is cloudy, it tries to create ideas that may not be real, it lowers confidence. What is the antidote for doubt? To understand whether you win or fail to be able to know that you are not an obstacle that will try to hurt you. Understand and take steps for you to be the one that will stay strong and will not allow doubt to poison you.
