I Am Unworthy of Sadness

It is important to know your worth. When you know where you stand you can do as you, please and not worry about what happens. Let people think you fight dragons or play pirate when you are home alone. It does not matter what anyone thinks of you because that will not get your far. What will get you far I have found is when you have believed your own worth, found some confidence and hope in yourself then things can start to pick up for you. Remember this is what I have found true for me through my experience through life. I do not know what Dave from New York City is doing or experiencing right now. What works for one person may not work or may not be comfortable for another to do. Find what is your thing and you shall go farther and farther. Try to do what is cool or what is someone else is doing and not what you should be and then it can be tougher for you to climb. You can still get to the top, but I think it will be harder for you. When you think you know everything or there is nothing to left to learn that is when you will get your butt kicked. I feel like the arrogance can come out and then something happens, and you will backtrack in some way. There is always something new to gain. Underestimating the lesson or the knowledge can make history repeat itself. That is when it becomes most frustrating. I remember going through similar things over and over and going why is this happening. Changing my approach to what was happening changed my result and I made it through happily understanding what it had just happened. When it takes time to get through something unexpected or something stressful, I want to remember my process. Remembering my process will mean I do not have to struggle like the first time. When you have struggled and achieved something you want to make sure you never lose it. The work you can put into something can be so great that it would crush you if it were for nothing. Everyone has different experiences, and everyone can start off at separate places. Some people can start off richer than another could ever dream of getting. The problems and issues each go through can be similar and they can be incredibly different. I think understanding and empathy are two words that feel overlooked at times in society today. Both are important in connecting and both would certainly make us look at things differently. We must live and try to understand our reality the best we can. What we know to be true is our truth and that is what we can live by. Feeling bad is different than feeling unworthy. When you feel bad it can be temporary about a specific event that may not even have anything to do with you. Feeling unworthy is a direct connection to yourself and your self-esteem. When you think you are unworthy of something you are attaching negative meaning to yourself.
