Feeling at Peace With Everything

I have been able to get more rest this past week, and I feel it has shown a substantial difference. Reducing stress or improving my sleep will help give me more strength mentally. Being able to go through events that have happened has taught me quite a bit about everything. By feeling empathy for others, which has helped give me a better connection of the world around me. You do not have to be constantly talking or engaged with someone to understand where they can be coming from. Sometimes I have felt a better connection with my animals than the people I am around. This both gives me appreciation for liking animals and gives me appreciation for a good relationship. It can be a dramatic difference to your brain to be able to share your life with someone. There are so many positive things you can be doing with your life and to help yourself. Others are sometimes people can feel lost, but I am trying to stay focused on what I know. This world will give you opportunities to shine, but will you use them or waste them. It can make an enormous difference in the things we do and how we approach things that come up in our lives. Things can be more than unfair for a person at any given time. But if life can be 100% unfair at one time, then it can also be 100% fair at any given time. We always focus on the negative and that is as a society, but things can also go completely your way any given day. We think that this is harder to do, but that to me is not necessarily true. If we can have celebrities going to space or celebrities paying thousands of dollars for sports tickets than we can certainly have the ability for things to go your way. We spend so much time talking about what is not going our way and what is not happening for us. Remember things are happening for you and you are going places. We remember the worst places we have been in, but what about the best ones? Things have an ability to go an unusual way, or I am having a unique way about seeing things. Focus more on what you want to know more of and focus less on what you what is not serving you. Feeling relief about the fact that no matter what way I take myself forward, I am the one taking myself forward. No more sitting and wondering what could or should happen but being happy with what is happening. Understanding to take the good things that come up in and leave the terrible things behind. To remember the lessons and the pain but forgive and let it go. I would always stress to quit living up to the fictionalized version of yourself and embrace the real you. I think true happiness can happen with inner and outer happiness. It is good to feel at peace with things and happy with the way they are turning out. I had limited control over them but tried to focus on what I want to achieve.
