Distractions are in the Past

One of the best feelings I have found is feeling on top of the world and understanding things will only get brighter. My circumstances will change, but I must keep the same outlook on life. Feeling good and positive is such a relief. A breath of fresh air by feeling good can be all you need to transform your life. Does life really need to be harder than that for survival? I have certainly called me naïve before, but you will be unable to convince me otherwise about feeling good. Seeing good things and experiencing good things can help build a stable mindset for your future. Being able to see the good in yourself is a benefit. All the distractions that come into our life can be obstacles that are stopping us from our goals or from our potential. When we can notice the obstacles that are not good for us and step around them then we unlock the freedom to be at our best. Distractions are the things that can make us look back and feel regret, so they are worth the time thinking about them. There is always a balance between good and bad, but how we deal with this can have a significant impact on us. The fear that can come up from society can be the scariest thing. For me, being embarrassed was something that still haunts me. Everyone will get embarrassed at one time or another and that is ok. Some would say it is a rite of passage in life. The thing I keep seeing and learning about life is experiencing the events is important, but not important as what happens after. You would think the event would be the biggest deal, but it is about what is after. Do you cower into a ball let the fear consume you or do you rise to the challenge and gain from the experience. How we react or how we deal with things can shape so much of us. If you go through too many of these events, you could feel this fear with you daily. It is ok to be scared, because again everyone gets scared. What is not ok is the cowering after part in any situation. When you do not show up for yourself and let the fear consume you, then you are hurting yourself. We do not want to hurt ourselves, but we want to stay strong. The fear is just an illusion, and we all need to see it. When you get past it the weight disappears, and the confidence increases. If you want to succeed in life you need to be confident is true. When you are more confident it is harder for the fear too drag you down. Distractions and fears come up daily and we will continue to fight them. Do not feel trapped by the things that you fear or the distractions that come up. Stay strong, take life one step at a time, focus on what you love, and have fun.
