When we feel things changing and are scared for the future, what do we do? We know that we have faced many battles, and we have always stayed standing after. We can fear the unknown but understand to train your mind that everything will be ok. When you can hold the power when things are not going right for you, you are a strong person. Things may not go right and that is the time when people can abandon you, leaving you to help yourself out even more. When this is over, and you have made it to the other side then a confidence can come out for you. Being scared during these tough times will not make the challenging times go away. When we want to resist or fight something, that thing will come even harder at you. You should never run away or fear the problems that come up. Facing these issues, will make their power get smaller, will help you deal with conflict, will make you more powerful and confident once the issue is over. I have felt the burden of others trying to unload everything on to you when it is their responsibility to deal with it. People will challenge you and make you uncomfortable to try to understand who you are. Others may doubt you and your ways if it does not match their values and what they are about. Just because we do not agree with each others’ lives is no reason to push doubt and fear onto someone. I have felt my energy drained being around others that want to make you small. It is never good or a fun time. Being strong and taking control is understanding that you do not have control over your life. You may hold on desperately or claim falsely that you have control over it, but at the end of the day there are certain things we cannot control. Does this make us helpless or weak? No, it does not. We can stand on our two feet and handle life. We may not have complete control over our lives, but we do have control and the power to be able to handle life. When you try to come to an understanding that life exists for us. That we can be anything we want and that is part of the excitement of life. The pain I have felt in my life I would hope that no other person ever must go through that. The good times I have experienced in my life have made me excited for what the future brings. Whether life has been good or bad, you can always discover and learn something new each day. We all have the chance to understand more about ourselves and where we want our lives heading. I want to be the change I see in the world, so I must do my best to understand what I am about. How do I help others realize that you always have a chance to be the best version of yourself?
