Halloween Is not the Only Scary Day

Are you running for the hills yet? Are you feeling confident and everything is a breeze? It can start to be the time of the year where we are in the swing of things, and we have holidays to prepare for going forward. The fall spectacular Halloween is coming, so now is the time for horror movies and soon to be grabbing some candy. Where you can feel the spirit like you were when you were a kid. You can also feel the energy of dressing up as someone else and letting a different side of your personality show out. We can experience both angels and demons through what we watch, and we go through in life. We know and hopefully appreciate when someone comes along and makes your day brighter. When someone can help take the edge off with you and you think you can let your guard down even for a minute. The peace that can come when you understand someone and even just looking at one another you could be saying words to each other. I hope your spirit continues to live on and shows up the best type of places. The places where you feel you belong and are comfortable showing yourself even if they are just parts. For those of you that are growling in misery, take a sweet drink of positivity and remember that even if we are tired, we can still be available for makes us happy. No need to stress out or burnout when the problem is in your hallway. Just take a refreshing breath of air, think about a good memory (my team winning the World Series), know that it can be easier to forgive others when we forgive ourselves. When we let ourselves know that we care about our spirit and if someone does not like it then it will be ok. It will be good, because we say it is good, and we need to believe it as well. Saying nice and pretty things are great but backing them up or bringing your version of them is better. I always prefer people being confused rather than angry because at least not understanding what I am trying to do is reasonable, but trying to shut it out does not. When you walk through the door what do you feel? I feel instant relief and gratification that I did what I was supposed to do, and things happened as they were supposed to. If I think I could have done better, then focus on the change and not the mistake you want to make. I feel like there can be this negativity loop at least for me at times that can just rush to say, “but when this happens you will not be ready.” Yes, I may be ready for Halloween, and I will always try to be as ready as I can be, but not to the point of disrupting things. Let it go and take hold of what is good. The coldness is coming in, but will you change like the seasons?
