Can You Prove This to Yourself?

You can feel like you have a million people on your side or feel like you have nobody at your side and need yourself the same. What do you need most? Do you need love and cannot find it? What is the most loving thing you could do for yourself or someone around you and do it? Are you angry about where you are? Then decide what you will take and not take going forward. Start living by that way. I do not want losers in my life, so do not include losers going forward in your life. I only want to make sensible decisions in my life. Then ask yourself or look to someone that you respect very highly and think what they would do. I want to be the coolest person in the room. Then what would the coolest person in the room do? If we are suffering from something we can try and take our medication that we need and try to build ourselves back up from whatever it may be keeping you down. When we are lonely, we need to be our own best friends. That sounds cheesy and a TV Show Theme. Remember at the end of the day you are not actually alone, because you have your thoughts, your dreams, hopefully your memories. We can lose everything when we get older or at any age but cherish what you have. Remember that you cannot feel knocked down if they cannot make it through to you. When things become too much remember you did everything that you could. If you are not doing everything you can, then you know exactly where the problem lies. The motivation if you have none seeks in do you want things to get better for yourself, stay the same, get worse. The answers to these things I have found in the choices that we make. When I am heading down the wrong path or something feels off you must run away. You just cannot indulge the feeling that you are doing something good for yourself because you are not. The best feeling can be when you do not indulge in the terrible thing, but you walk away and know you are doing the best thing for yourself. Walking away from something bad for you is a power move for yourself and can boost your future. Staying in something loving and trying to keep it grow is a power move. I think when you are improving either your mental or physical sides you are making power moves that can benefit your future. It is when we do things that we know take away from ourselves that things can become dangerous. I will always feel comfortable in knowing I am living the best way that I can and doing what I can for myself. You cannot erase my smile if I am living and making the choices I want to make. We are smarter and know what we are doing more than we can lead on. The “Well I did not know” routine can be a stretch to be. You need to prove you did not know.
