You may not know the impact you have on someone, so make it a good one. I know that with some people I do not connect with, and it can be frustrating trying to communicate only for the other person to not know what we are talking about. It may just be about the way that we are phrasing something. I may get excited and then slip up the order of my words creating a word jumble. I understand what I am trying to do and say and at the end of the day I know that matters to me. It can be difficult when everyone wants the spotlight on you to know your own worth or to be bold. I know I have felt the paralyzing fear stop me from trying to do something before because I did not want to go through the judgement or conversation. People may just want to get a rise out of you, and it is better to just let things be as they are and move on. When I feel myself and the other person having a clash or misunderstanding then I will try to repeat myself clearly and then move on. If it does not work or the person ends up gaslighting me in some way, then I will simply just go on to somewhere else. When you know what you are worth and there are still miscommunications or difference in values you need to just pick it up and move on. It is one thing trying to save something you want to save, but another thing to let something go when there is no value for anyone. We have all this power, but it can be hard to know how to use it and with what we are skilled. The bottom line is it can be difficult for many people or we each have our different issues, so it would be nice if we understood. Understanding takes time, energy, patience, and we do not owe anyone anything. We only have one life and have so much time in our day. We want to use it for the happiness and good things that can come and not to have tough things or things that weigh us down. My head has always gotten me into trouble and saved me, so I need to be able to learn the difference. I know I am making improvements, doing my best, going for what I want. Sometimes things become unstuck when we do not think about it, or we finally come to a new answer to save the day. I know what I want to get things moving and I know I can do it with perseverance. No more sulking, being scared, sitting in the corner. Now it is time to do the tough work and move on to something new. New things can bring new outlooks, new mindsets, new growth, but it can bring the fear of uncertainty we do not want with it. Remember to balance things and when one thing feels overloaded you know you have an issue.
