I Want to go for a Walk

Let us go on a trip to a world that is magical. It is great to feel life and the energy of the environment. I always feel my best being outside and appreciating the world around me. I like going on trips and making sure we get to experience a bit of fun. What do you do when you want to have fun, but no one around you do? You do whatever you wanted to do and enjoy being able to do it. When I want to be around open-minded people, because then you can stretch your imagination. I know it can scare others and make them feel extremely uncomfortable when you do things that are outside the box of what is normal. However, I have been hearing this phrase lately and it has been making me angry. “You are living your life the wrong way.” I am not in jail or homeless or (insert other situations). I am doing the things I want to do, but there will always be other people that will react negative to this and to you. You need to make sure you focus on yourself inside and out. Make sure you are eating right, sleeping right, and never underestimate either. When you eat right, sleep right, treat your body better, then your mental health has a better chance of improving. When your mental health improves, this will make your life improve. I have also learned the hard way to never expect anything out of anyone, except yourself. You have control over your effort level, what you can give and what you cannot give. You may expect things from others or wonder why they are not helping you. They may be helping you in ways you do not understand but are their best way of helping others. To make sure you can be as strong as possible, you should always assume you are alone. You can turn what might seem like a weakness to you into your biggest strengths in the future. By being able to depend on yourself, take care of yourself, you will automatically build confidence within yourself. For me, I am making the meals I enjoy and want to make, and it has been a blast cooking dinner. Something I hate doing, because its time-consuming has become more fun. Turn that weakness into a strength. I am posting more and trying to learn everything I can about myself and others in the world. In this world I find that many people think that kindness is a weakness. Depending on the person you ask, you will get reason after reason this is so. I do not believe kindness is a weakness. Kindness can be a rarity for others. I think kindness should never get taken for granted (it can very well be) and it should never be mistaken for being naïve or gullible. When you can treat your body the right way, you are in a better place to be able to tackle your problems. One of the first critical steps I can recommend to a successful inner life and is set yourself up for success. Get enough rest, eat enough food, walk, or exercise, read, or meditate, do yoga, etc. The point is when you can start doing these things then your mood will improve leading to other changes.
