Tomorrow is Independence Day in the USA, and we had Canada Day already, so is everyone feeling independent right now? I love this time of the year because water becomes one of your best friends. It can be healing, relaxing, and keep a smile on your face. Always stay excited because that will help bring a nice confidence to you. Make sure to do pleasant things that you want to be doing. That is an important part of it wanting to do it. When we feel forced to do anything to me it is a complete mood killer. Even having a forced conversation could end up being that word that gives me the willies CRINGE. There is nothing like being excited about anything and the joy it makes you feel. As an adult we get more responsibilities and can be depended on multiple people, so we may not come first. Hopefully in that case I would want to make sure that the people around me felt joy and excitement for being themselves and enjoying what they like now. You could get involved with sports but please dodge the steroids. Sports is great for building confidence, becoming part of a team, being responsible. You would think grades would be lower because of the time lost on not studying, but I believe if you play sports your grades have a better chance of going up from it. You could be part of a club that interests you. A nice hiking club or even an exotic adrenaline rush type of group. Go skydiving at various places or try different roller coasters out for speed and comfort. A key advantage is that if something doesn’t exist, you can make it. You enjoy so much, so again you can share your joy with others. When people hate on it, you can do your thing and know you are doing what is right by you. There are so many ways to create and put yourself positively into something. You worry about the stress of everything but what if what you love holds the key to the life you want. Does that not sound ironic enough it might work? Can what you love really to lead to you feeling successful and hopeful about things? Only experience will be able to answer these questions. You can always be the first to try something new, and if you fail, you’ve simply attempted what no one else has done before. I think the judgement will be ok and remember failure is the map to success. Life will beat up on you if you get down on every little issue. I am a fighter, and I challenged problems. Do you know what happened? I ended up with problems and left going what is going on. You can only take so much, and you must make sure it is the important stuff only that keeps your attention. There is so much distraction but, in the end, you choose what is important for you.
