Turn the Heat Up in Here

Can you handle the heat coming your way? Now in summer things usually slow down and heat up at the same time. Everyone likes the calmness summer can bring. What is the best way to move forward when things are going slow? Keep going like you would each day and continue to do more. Everybody has their problems, but they are moving forward together as well. I see people worried about what could happen next but now is not a time to be worried. Now is a time to be focusing on what you need to be doing next. Turn yourself into a steel wall where nothing can bother you. You hold the power to both your excitement and when you feel pain. It is more about understanding the emotions you are having and figuring out why you feel this way. If you feel drained of energy, why are you feeling drained? When you are feeling angry, what is making you the angriest right now? If something is sad, you can figure out when the sadness started to appear. I used to just rage on and whatever happened was going to happen. I still get like that, so I have always had to deal with this. Stop the comparison game because everybody is losing. Whether you think you are the best citizen in the world or the worst you are losing at both right now. The games played are like Hungry Hungry Hippos, but with no winner.  In real life I feel like everybody will eventually feel hurt in one way or another. What is best for you right now? What would work for you right now and what would not work right now? From any problem I can foresee, you can try to analyze it and figure out a way to solve them first. They may not be as hard as you think to answer if you understand and put forward what you would want. If you end up self-sabotaging yourself and end up making a mistake, then you could lose what you were trying to do. You would have to regain yourself and start again. Why do I feel the pressure so most? Because you have some issue that is taking up all the space in your mind for thinking. You will know if something is serious because you will not be able to take your mind off the problem. I must deal with problems like everyone; I get to get excited about things that do not exist thanks to my anxiety. What is it about life that is taking such a toll on you? Hopefully, the answer to this is nothing and you can relax and enjoy the night. If you are having an issue, what would you want to happen to the problem if you could? How would you solve it or want it solved? If you continuously ask yourself questions every day, I have found it to be an effective way to figure out what you want in any scenario.
