Fear is the Best Medicine

What do you do if you feel toxicity around you? You need to remove yourself from the drama and keep yourself on the path of happiness. People will be out there trying to distract you, use you, look for ways to make you fail, but its ok and just another part of life. I know I have been in situations I have dreaded and felt like there was no way out. There is always a way out for you, but you need to be brave and use it. When others project themselves on to you it can feel terrible for you. Your energy level may drop which is also why it is important to remove yourself from the situation. You never have to be mean about avoiding the toxic behaviour. You can just politely decline out of the situation or people that make you fearful. Others will always be there to support you. I have found that no one ever wants someone to outshine them or feel they have a “better life” than another. I always felt and still feel that there is always enough room for everyone too succeed. You do not have to support the other person, but there is always room for more. People may think the resources are scarce or the money will be gone. When you do something different the money and resources will always be there. I have also always heard and think this is true that it is better to have multiple smart minds. It may be cheaper to the business owner to have one person, but having multiple people to bounce ideas works best. I know you must be brave to survive in the world. You also need to have some form of integrity, or you will hate yourself. Many people when others are being mean to them will stay in the situation because its what they know and what they may feel they deserve. It can be horrible to watch someone you love who thinks so little of themselves, but it does happen. Where do we go from here? I always try to understand someone’s motivations before revealing too much of myself. You never know who you may be dealing with. Having trust issue baggage is not fun, but scary things can happen in this world. I like to be over-prepared and am trying to work on my level of anxiety fearing about the next event. I feel prepared and feel I can rely on myself to make the right decisions for me, then I will be ready no matter what I come across. Why is it when you feel ready to take on the world, life will try to challenge you again? Your confidence is important in the world, so then if you have a higher confidence level you should be able to solve difficult problems. When will the fear go away? The fear may never go away, but how I deal with the fear will constantly change as I experience it. The first time it may scare me, but the tenth time I may be ready to deal with it and push past it.
