Turning A Problem Into Gold

People may look at you and judge you but know there is nothing wrong with you. They just are not part of your group, or it may take time to get them on your side. Never fear others, because than you are not being confident. Being confident is important in these situations. I always try to look other people in the eyes to show my respect and my trust. I want to make sure I am listening to the person and involved in the conversation. Never carry the burden of the entire conversation, but please do your part to make it a continued conversation. I have had random people come up to me before, unexpectedly. This would happen because of my body language. You can set the entire tone with your body language and make an impact on others. You can be open and inviting or cold and distant. When I have given off good vibes or felt them then it has been a preview that this should be a friendly conversation I will enjoy. I know I want to do things that I enjoy, so that is what would make me open to other people. Each positive interaction I would have then would become a confidence boost that can push me into the next interaction. Always be inviting to life and life can be inviting to you. Worrying about our problems will never make them go away. Going through with our lives, while trying to solve them will. I never want to take on more than I can chew with problems, because problems are a buzzkill. I think that I would make sure to try to keep my sanity while finding a rational way to solve my problems. Being stressed out all the time even if things are stressful, will not help you. It can put you in a state of fear if it takes over your mind. Make sure if you are lost to go back to the basics: physical health (working out, exercising), mental health (doing something THAT RELAXES YOU, meditating, being nature), nutritional health (making sure you are eating good food that will boost your energy, not deplete it). When I have felt down, noticed a bad attitude from myself, I have always wanted to follow those steps. They will right the ship and then you can continue and fight the problem. If you use up all your energy worrying about the problem and then miss doing one of those healthy things, the problem can become too much. You will have used up all your resources and not be able to finish. It can be tough trying to stay strong, but it is possible. Doing your best work means that you want to set yourself up to succeed. Life is hard enough with other people, things we cannot control getting in the way. Making sure we take care of ourselves is a way to set us up for success. I love that I typed this, and I do not even follow all of this, but its good advice.
