The Only Way I Know How to Live

I think that you can bring good things for you into your life. You are worthy of all this good stuff to happen to you. Get out of our head is the best things we can do there. Something is going to scare you anyways, so let it go. Talk about the unwanted baggage. Do you really think we have space for this if we want to build good relationships? There are issues that need to be looked at and improve, but you are no monster. Last time I checked you probably looked and sounded like all of us. The best things we can do is accept today and prepare for tomorrow. Today you dug yourself a massive hole, so tomorrow you get yourself out of it. Easy and solution doable. You think it is complicated, but is it? Sometimes it can be but are you overblowing the issue first. Are you letting something take over when it is just an annoyance to you? Remember all you have to do is put the effort into WHERE YOU NEED IT MOST. You know the answer to the next question: What do I need to improve? Start working from where you feel you need to. Start working out to become stronger, start reading and looking into resources for what you want to learn, try to make friends if you feel you are stuck or alone. There are plenty of things that need to be looked at and none of them should make you feel shame. If you are feeling shame, then you are feeling it wrong. Accept the bad just like you would accept the good. Realize it exists for a reason because it usually does. It is there as a reminder for you as you move forward. It is not the brick wall that stops you from completing your life. You just need to get by it the best way you can. You must accept the bad if you really want the good. Nothing is permanent and neither is whatever status or situation you are in right now. That is the good news. Things are fluids and change rapidly. That can be used for you when you are moving forward. I have seen and thought things that were crazy, but they ended up being exactly what they were supposed to be. This used to scare me the times this happens, but now it brings relief. The best medicine for yourself is to start enjoying yourself. Everyone has their interests, so if you have free time that is a good time to focus on interests and how you would want to spend your time. Healing means forgiving and accepting. It is like a wound and the forgiving and accepting are the rubbing alcohol and band-aid combo. We do not forget because then that can lead us to the dreaded repeating of the mistake. Nothing like feeling like you are going that time loop. If you want the lesson train, it will always take you somewhere. It will feel like one of those shows where you think you are in a different dimension.
