Can you feel the anger from someone telling you no going back and forth within your body? Do you want to be like others around you or are you happy being yourself? Remember to play your own game because you do not have the rules, habits, skills to be able to play someone else’s game. Stick to what you know and what you do best THAT YOU LOVE DOING. Sticking to your best is one thing, but if you hate it, you do not need to spend more time on it. Just because you are good at something does not mean you have to tie it as your dream. You should pick it because it is what you think would make you the happiest doing. It should make you want to get up and start doing it. You know how you must drink your coffee, ending up settled, get into the atmosphere of working your job? How it takes a bit to be able to start things and fully dive in. This could be the thing you end up even having dreams about. Something that lasts and makes a difference for you. It could be something that drives you crazy and makes you want to improve on it. When you feel people being rude to you just brush it off and think about the opposite of whatever slime is coming out. It is impossible to make others happy, but it can be easy to make you happy. You will not be able to help anyone else until you focus on improving and making sure you are happy. You can be happy and not be where you want to be. You can focus on being happy then and working on the plan you want to come into place. We can use people, music, animals, etc. to be able to help ourselves through the process. We can celebrate when we know we have done something important for ourselves. The mistakes and defeats can feel used as reminders what did not work, the challenges we had to face, what is enormously important that we want to get out of what we are doing. Try zoning in on your talents because you are unique. Show us the dark sides because through the dark you will heal again and try to become stronger each day. Remember that nobody will ever be perfect, and you see it with anyone they could be needing support. You could think that so and so is the strongest person in the world, but you could be surprised what is also there for them to deal with. Remember that your fantasy can turn into your reality. That just because people tell you no again does not make it a fact that it will not happen for you. Why do you have to go through so much discomfort to get to where you are going? Without the uncomfortable presence affecting you, it would not be helping you in the best way possible. You may drift, slack, and stay unmotivated. Now you may feel fear, but it could launch you into a new life for yourself.
