My Emotions Are Ruining My Life

Let me out to breathe and get a good look at everything. Needing the rest after constantly trying to work hard can feel tough. Let the body do the talking and it will tell you what it wants, and it wants relaxation. That moment when you can take a minute not to think or worry about the next move. A minute that will build back your energy, making you stronger than before, giving you what you needed will let you see everything. You must be aware of everything, but it is good to have minutes to yourself and just enjoy what is there. The enjoyment also provides a comforting feeling that will of course boost your mood. Remember if things are in shambles let them break all the way and then see what comes out from it. Restraint can be your best friend in that situation even when we feel we need to double down on controlling the situation. Just make sure if things are breaking down that you do not go out of your way to damage something or someone else because of your feelings. The feelings need to stop running the people and we can only realize that when we know what bothers us and see what makes the Hulk come out. Remember the feeling of being powerless is just a feeling and it does not mean that is your situation. There is a way out of this, but we are not thinking clearly and seeing it. The stress of the situation is doing its best to blind us. Relax and come back and see what happens when you come back later. See the answers start coming to your face when you think about it after you have taken care of your needs. The heaviness that nobody understands or there is nobody else out there is a projection by your evil mind trying to get you to dig in. Even if you strongly think it is true, it is not. You can find ways of coping with how you are doing. Nowadays we may be more aware of mental illness, but there are more resources available. There are more ways to fight it now and not let it take control. Feeling powerless might be a limiting belief and that needs to change. The situation could be a tricky one to get out of, but it does not make you a bad person. The people that become bad are the ones that give in to those feelings and cannot control them or the way they see things. Things can look bad, but you can still stay focused on your plan to get you out of it. The writing could be on the wall saying this and that but let us take a minute to relax and then come back to the entire picture. Sometimes the greatest thing you can do for yourself is watch that movie or play that game. We need to stop underestimating and stop assuming about people and things to help us go farther.
