Trying to Make Life Calmer

Sometimes we seek excitement and we can never be happy just staying still. We want to be in continuous motion, continuously learning, continuously buried in a project or because that takes our mind away. It depends on if you enjoy this lifestyle and what you can get out of it. If you are someone that thrives buried in important projects and having continuous things thrown at you this can be a benefit and a weakness. If you spread yourself too much you will not be able to do everything and burn out. If you can understand your limits combined with the drive, you have then you may be able to keep pace at this rate. You can have a strength and determination side and still have laid-back relaxed calm vibe going on. Then people may not know what type of person they will be getting each day. The focus is always on what do we want to be better and what do we not want to experience ever again. The fear is always that you will see or experience a side of yourself you knew was there, but you wish would not come out. The fun times are the ones where you can connect and get the most out of life. It can be as simple as going for a walk to as complex as finding yourself a new identity and way to live by after your visit to Thailand. You swear you will never end up being the same again. Things come that you will not be able to predict and have a meteoric effect on you and the way you live your life. You wish you were not vulnerable to this, but it will come back down on you. The pain can create the pleasure for you just know that. You must use that energy somewhere and so you put it into good things like your career, your relationships, your relationship with yourself. You build something from it and take the sting out of it, take the shame out of it, and bring the success to it. Remember people will let you know if you are for them or not and you just take it as it is. Everything is ok and you hold more cards at the table to help your life. We can see many things going on and feel powerless towards them but that is not true about the way that we live. We do have the tools to make us champions in whatever we wish to be. Failure is ok because it is not closing a door but trying to open a new door. The things you wished you had the most could end up being the things you would give away in one second. Because you have an idea on what it is but then it turns out to be something completely different. Something you wish you could go back and unlearn. Remembering the lessons that happen can be helpful because it shows up as a measuring stick to where you are today.
