Things Racing In My Mind

Things are feeling light and fluffy right now throughout all the change. I am grateful for everything going on and feeling even better about things. It can be tough deciding what you want, but peaceful when you settle on it. You can think about various things and go in any direction. You can feel allowed to always change your mind and decide a unique way to do things. If you want to go back to school, then keep learning what you want, and I hope you get everything out of it you can. If you want more time with your family, then you must figure out a way to make it happen. You try to find ways to make things adjust to the way you want them to be. You can see if there are ways to stay at your job and if there are no ways you can see then you move on. We do it each day, so it is not surprising when it comes up. You can continue to switch jobs like it is the TV and you turning the station until you land on one that grabs your attention. We make excuses saying there is no way we can do this, but there is a way if you want it. Remember if you want something there is always a way. People do not want to feel denied about things they want. When you do that, it can make them work even harder for it. You never know who you are dealing with and the person may thrive under pressure. If I could do anything it would be minimize the amount of pressure, I feel and understand that everything is ok. The directions are good and making the right decisions is the right way to go. What do you need to be doing to make yourself know you are doing enough at this moment? Things change all around you from people to places so you will have to decide where you will go. What do you want to see and how can you make it happen? You know better then to get into issues that will only because you face delays because your time is precious. Time to me can be just as valuable as money. What I spend my time on I am grateful knowing that the ideas that come forward can set you apart in ways you never imagined. That the strength you have is more now and your support feels strong. Does it really matter how you got somewhere as long you got there? It is always worth it to pursue what is best and what you can give to everyone. Say for example I want to help somebody with depression. I would try to make them see the reasons that give meaning to them and the things that made them happy in the past. Try to figure out why you felt that way, so that you could try and get back to it. Remembering a positive memory and why it was good for you could help you try to produce those feelings again.
