Will you take the ball and go all the way, or will you get scared and cower away? It is fair and up to you to do either. I suggest you try to gain the courage to take a shot on yourself because you may never know what could happen. Remember we can always think the best will happen, instead of the bad. You think this does not mean we will not be able to handle a terrible thing, but you will. The strength to focus on the good will shine even brighter when or if something bad ends up happening. You are not naïve for acting this way and who cares if people think that. Remember you can do whatever you want if you are just doing your own thing. If I had a wish today, I would hope that I would continue going at the rate I am now. Keep the steady pace and focus on winning YOUR race. Notice this is nobody else’s race and only you can get first place. First place can be anything from a vibe, mindset, to something you want to think about. You can feel gratified with your progress and want even more. Do not feel bad about your choices but feel uplifted with them. They should be something you would want to bring up again, without giving that cringe look. We want to see you smiling, happy, feeling at peace with everything. No need to feel the fear because it will not be touching you. You can say hi to it and still know you are good with things. The uncertainty that happens in life, I am trying to bring more certainty for myself. I know I am doing my best; I know that I am passing my own test, I know that I will be proud with this movement when I continue it. Just by continuing these types of things it has changed my entire thought process over time. The painful thoughts will still come, but you learn to have a suit of armor. There are ways to deal with them, and they will not bother you so much. Feeling the freedom of even your thoughts can be helpful. Remember when you are moving from one thing to another, your body will need rest, and it can help you think. Try not to overwhelm yourself but keep a mind of hope and perseverance. The battles change but will always be there. We can shift the way we think to make sure we continue to grow. What is the best way you can help yourself? Try to think of what you need the most and when it is focus on the most important thing you need. When that gets taken care of move on to the next and soon you will see you are getting things done. Things do not need to be difficult, but when I understand something, it makes things easier. It makes a world of difference that I know can continue. Shifting something can change the result.
